# SKXM Reward Distribution Mechanism

Every purchase generates 2.5% SKXM rewards through the platform's dual-stage distribution system.

**SKXM Reward Process**: Users earn 2.5% of transaction value as USDH points, which convert to 95% SKXM tokens plus 5% SKX governance tokens. Example: $100 transaction = $2.50 value = 2.375 SKXM tokens (95%) + 0.125 SKX tokens (5%) after conversion.

SKXM tokens provide immediate utility through fee payments, premium features, and platform benefits. The USDH intermediate step ensures reward stability during cryptocurrency volatility while SKXM delivers practical spending power and enhanced platform access.

**No restrictions limit SKXM earning** - users earn on every transaction regardless of amount without minimum spending requirements or earning caps. Equal reward rates across all categories provide consistent SKXM accumulation regardless of merchant type.

**SKXM benefits expand continuously** through platform development and partnership integration. Token utility includes reduced transaction fees, exclusive merchant discounts, and priority access to new features, creating increasing value beyond monetary rewards.

### USDH Points & Token Conversion System

Every transaction generates 2.5% USDH points equivalent to USD value.

USDH points function as the platform's primary reward currency, providing stable USD-equivalent value regardless of cryptocurrency market volatility. Users earn exactly 2.5% of transaction value as USDH points, displayed in familiar dollar amounts for easy tracking and budgeting.

**Conversion Process**: When users convert USDH points to tradeable tokens, a small platform fee is deducted from the total. The remaining value splits into two distinct token types: 5% allocated as SKX governance tokens and 95% as SKXM reward tokens.

**SKXM Token System**: SKXM serves as SKX's dedicated reward token, designed specifically for platform benefits and utility functions. Unlike speculative cryptocurrencies, SKXM focuses on practical platform usage through fee payments, premium features, and exclusive benefits.
